Announcement of Covid-19 Pandemic

Following the Directive No.2/CT-NHNN dated 31/03/2020 of SBV regarding action plan of banking industry during the Covid-19.

Following the Directive No.2/CT-NHNN dated 31/03/2020 of SBV regarding action plan of banking industry during the Covid-19, we have taken action as COVID-19 has spread to protect the physical well-being and financial security of our employees, so that they are in a position to care for their health while also supporting our customers:

  • Many employees are now working remotely, and we will also be transitioning several of our customer service centers to this remote working structure. As these employees make the transition, we might see an impact on wait times for our phone or email service.
  • As our Prime Ministers ordered a nationwide isolation for 15 days, beginning 00:00 1st April 2020, to fight against Covid-19 spreading, the government of Vietnam request no public gathering more than two people and suggest citizen to stay at home and only go out for necessity situation only. Therefore, we will suspended our F2F KYC meeting with customers for Personal Loan and Spend Account Products starting from 00:00 1st April 2020 until further notice.
  • All applications for Personal Loan and Spend Account/Debit Card received from 31 Mar will be proceed after 15 Apr 2020 or until further notice.
